i’m planning on startng a diet myself tomorrow (when i’m back from the Lakes).. i’m kinda planning on doing what mdyesowitch.livejournal.com said.. i already do most of it.. but i’ve been eating a LOT of white bread an white pasta lately..

I also plan on cutting most of the red meat out of my diet. chicken and pork are ok.. its the red meat that has the high fat.

I had CJammer move the exercise bike into the living room.. so i have no excuse NOT to use it..

the water is important.. i need to drink more too..

One of the things I’m working on is eating smaller meals more frequently and not eliminating carb, but replacing them with healthier carbs: whole grain breads and pastas instead of white; sweet potatoes, instead of regular; brown rice instead of white; that sort of thing.
Also drink a lot of water, like a gallon a day.
My nutritionist says to eat every three hours to keep your metabolism active.
